Hello everyone! Thanks for checking out my page!! My name is Meghan Rice and I am currently a PhD grad student at Kansas State University. Today is the start of my second semester. I am very excited to be joining the Rafferty lab and begin my research this semester. I am interested in working on research related to drug design, delivery, and repurposing. My research interest stems from hoping to make health care more accessible and available to everyone globally! I decided to create this account as a way to share my research, spread awareness about chemistry and make people more excited about groundbreaking research that is currently happening. Please follow along for some cool pictures and research. Thanks in advanced for all the support. I know I will need it over the next few years! 😅 by @meg_thechemist

Day 3 of ACS Mid-West (10/27/26)!!

The last day of the conference :( Today I basically sat in the Advances in organic synthesis and catalysis session all day. I learned about some amazing chemistry going on and was left inspired! Can’t wait for the next conference.
