For the last year, I’ve been pouring my heart into something I couldn’t wait to share.

Today, I finally can.

Introducing SESSIONS. @sessionscycle

This isn’t just an indoor cycling studio—it’s a reflection of everything I’ve learned over the last decade about movement, music, hospitality, and community.
As someone who was born and raised in Whittier, there is something incredibly special about building this here, for the community that raised me.

Together, Tatania and I set out to create the kind of studio we always wished existed—a place that’s beautiful, welcoming, community-driven, and built with intention.

To everyone who has taken my classes, cheered me on, believed in me, and supported this dream—even when all you saw were long days and late nights—thank you.
You helped make this possible.

To my 4 children,

My greatest hope isn’t that you dream big.

It’s that you learn dreams aren’t something you put on a shelf and hope come true.

They’re something you choose every single day.

I hope you grow up knowing that hard work matters. That dedication matters. That the life you want is built through ordinary days, quiet sacrifices, and showing up even when no one is watching.

I hope you find something you love enough to work for, people you care enough to build alongside, and a community worth pouring your heart into.

If this journey teaches you anything, I hope it’s that dreams aren’t found—they’re built.

I love @soulcycle
it has positively changed my fabric. My most core threads have always been for music and movement and they always will be.

SoulCycle has brought me friends, chosen family, and memories that i otherwise might have missed.

I have loved making you special playlists, I have loved being naughty, I have loved watching you celebrate milestones. I probably shouldn’t say it but we love it when the experience brings you to tears, I love it most when it makes you giggle.

12 years ago my life changed in @nicholaspratley class. I had a new goal in life and it was to be his peer in the coveted job as a @soulcycle instructor. I auditioned more than once, had my heart broken twice- but knew in my gut it was for me.
In 2017 I got to live in NYC for 3 months with my best friends to be part of training group #26 (shout out to the marathon). My supportive husband flew out and took my very first class in the west village, I hate to brag but he thinks i’m the best instructor in the company ❤️‍🔥. I wouldn’t have had this opportunity without him or my family who helped us with our boys while I trained in NYC with my hero’s, for the job of my dreams.
I am grateful to still have a seat at the table where so many greats sat and still sit. I still love what I do and look forward to doing it everytime.
