🌟A little about you
I’m a mama to a little boy who will be a year in February. My husband and I live in Orange County, CA and we love going to the beach! I’ve been teaching Lagree for 2 years now and am excited for the years to come. 🫶🏼

🌟What do you love most about Lagree?
I love the challenge it gives me physically and mentally! It’s a form of exercise I really enjoy and has helped me stick to my goals and transformed my body, especially after having my son!

🌟What is your favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
My favorite thing about teaching Lagree is the clients and community! I genuinely love seeing people grow in their abilities and challenge themselves. I love when clients feel proud of themselves, that they accomplished something great, (cause they did! Lagree is no joke) and that they have a sense of community with the people they work out with. I myself have felt so much friendship in this community and it’s so special!

🌟What is a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that my son and I often practice Lagree together when no one is in the studio and we have lots of fun! I also love a good book and can get lost in reading for hours.

🌟What is your favorite Mega move?
My favorite mega move is probably reverse giant catfish! It targets the upper body and abs so well, especially at the back of the machine!
