This was the hardest thing for me to do . Take a body shot of myself . I've always been insecure with myself but I feel like some of that insecurity has been lifted due to how I've been feeling the past two months. I'm still a work in progress emotionally physically and mentally. I dont have a number of where my weight was when I started thriving I try not to weigh myself it just hurts me more then helps me. I'm not where I want to be but I'm in a better place then I was two months ago.

You may have your own plan in life but God has a bigger better plan for you ; he wouldn't give you anything that he knew you couldn't handle. by @megan.hoffman.2007

You are under 𝐍𝐎 𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 to be the
same today as 🅨🅞🅤 were yesterday. 👌🏼
▪️
It's so easy to get stuck in a rut. You stop working out one day...that turns into months. You eat one piece of chocolate that spirals into "where did that entire bag of chips go?" 😳
▪️
But I'm here to tell you, you don't have to carry what happened yesterday into today. You have control over every next choice you make - you are allowed to change. ❤

I'm still a work in progress but looking at that picture on the left and comparing it to the right I do see a difference I'm smiling more I lost some weight in my face I feel more confident in myself then I ever have. I love who I am becoming . by @megan.hoffman.2007
