I’m sorry, but why am I expected to work 40 hours a week when I have a Pilates schedule to maintain?! 😭😆

The audacity of adulthood to interfere with my wellness era…. Between Pilates, Lagree, getting my steps in, and pretending I have my life together… when exactly am I supposed to fit in a full time job?! 💻👩🏼‍💻

Please tell me I’m not the only one planning my entire week around workout classes and seeing my favorite instructors

One of my favorite things about Pilates isn’t just the workout… it’s the people you meet along the way. 🤍✨

There’s something so special about walking into a class, seeing familiar faces, and genuinely looking forward to having their energy next to you.

What starts as showing up for yourself turns into finding people who motivate you, challenge you, make you laugh, and make those shakes and burns a little more enjoyable.

Sometimes the best part of a workout isn’t the workout itself… it’s the people who make you excited to show up again.

Here’s to strong bodies, good energy, and unexpected friendships made during the sweat!

Watching my mini me step into motherhood is one of the sweetest blessings of my life. 🥹✨ Soon, she’ll be holding her little boy in her arms, and I’ll have the beautiful privilege of being his glamma. My heart is already so full, and I can’t wait to watch her become a mama💙

I got 99 problems, but Pilates makes me forget about at least 98 of them. Because sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is put your phone on DND, grab your mat, and pretend your only problem is surviving the next 100 pulses. 🔥

My problems can wait… I have a Pilates class to get to.

My secret to staying consistent? I found a Pilates studio that gives me FOMO.

It’s not just about the workout… it’s the energy, the friendships, the familiar faces, the instructors, and that feeling I get when I walk through the doors. ✨

When you find a place that makes you WANT to show up, discipline becomes a whole lot easier.

At this point, I’m not sure if I go for the Lagree, the Pilates, the people, or the serotonin boost.

Find your people, find your place and the consistency will follow. 🤍

The people you surround yourself with matter. 🤍

Find the ones who pray for you, push you, celebrate your wins, and challenge you to become the best version of yourself.

Real friendship isn’t just about showing up when life is easy. It’s about growing together, holding each other accountable, and never letting each other settle.

Plot twist: The best years of my life aren’t behind me… they’re just getting started. 💜✨

Building my strength, protecting my peace and finding my confidence again.

Here’s to the women who are proving it’s NEVER too late to become your favorite version of yourself.

Who’s in her comeback era with me?

Always striving to be the kind of woman who fixes another woman’s crown without telling the world it was crooked. 👑🤍

The kind who claps when others win, prays for her friends, celebrates other women’s success, and brings peace into every room I enter.

Because being beautiful is one thing… but having a beautiful heart? That’s a whole different kind of glow. ✨Strong women don’t compete. They empower.

You see Pilates. I see a woman who refused to give up on herself. 🤍

It’s not just about getting stronger, looking better, or perfecting a workout.

It’s about rebuilding confidence, finding peace in the chaos, keeping promises to myself, and becoming a version of me that I never want to lose again.

Some people work out to change their bodies. Some of us started because we needed to change our lives.

This isn’t just fitness. It’s healing, clearing my mind, discipline, growth, and choosing myself over and over again.

Some people have a shopping addiction. Some people have a drinking problem. Me? I just keep signing up for Pilates classes like they’re going to fix my entire life. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And honestly… they kind of do. So I just keep going!!

Please tell me I’m not the only one who uses fitness as therapy. 😂
