Let’s talk LIFESTYLE changes 🗣️🗣️🗣️
There’s 6 years between these photos.

The photo on the left was me during Covid in 2020, when I was consuming alcohol & takeaways most days of the week, I remember taking this picture because my mam told me I had gained some weight I was SO offended 😂 but she wasn’t wrong won’t lie I was hesitant to share this pic but we all started somewhere.

The photo on the right was taken on Wednesday morning, it didn’t take me 6 years to get these results, it wasn’t 6 years of being in a calorie deficit or 6 years of training so hard every single day.

Over these 6 years, I’ve made significant LIFESTYLE changes that I’ve actually stuck to and those changes are what have kept me moving forward so I never return to being that girl in 2020🤮

Of course, over the years there have been periods where I’ve trained harder, stuck to deficit for some weeks of the year.

But the difference is, I didn’t go straight back to the habits that got me to where I was in 2020.

I’ve learned how to enjoy life while still looking after myself. I don’t over consume alcohol, I enjoy a meal out once or twice a month, I focus on my sleep and can tell people no. This is the part I think people miss👇

When you follow an 8 or 12-week plan, you can achieve some incredible results but what happens when those 8 or 12 weeks are over?

If you go straight back to your old habits because you believe the “hard work” is done eventually, you’ll find yourself back where you started messaging your coach again for a new plan to follow all over again.

The goal should be to use those 8–12 weeks to build habits that you can actually LIVE WITH afterwards that’s how you sustain your results☝🏽

Keep the habits you’ve learnt & you won’t find yourself back to where you started📈

Nicole’s transformation since joining our semi group training 🔥👏🏽😵

Starting weight 75kg — to now 64kg
11kg weight loss

If you know Nicole you know she is ball of energy and doesn’t stop yapping it gets her in trouble sometimes..😅 she came to me last year with the mindset of wanting a change and was willing to put in the work!

With a better training routine to compliment her busy life as a mam we structured her days in the gym 4 sessions a week and If she missed one due to her mammy duties or just life in general that day just had a higher step count she was that determined she bought a walking pad for her house ( this girl could walk for days)😂

Nicole’s eating habits were not great at the start snacked a lot more and loved a take away although we didn’t completely removed these we just aimed for reducing how much she consumed weekly - tracked cals / meal prepped lunches and dinners and now she has better balanced diet she now enjoys☺️

Nicole plays such a big part to all classes in the gym she’s great to have around and will always check in with you 🤍

Super proud of her transformation the person who walked through our gym doors last year is a completely better version now🏆 Go Nicole💜

Unbelievable transformation for Abbie 😍 how good does she look! Abbie started her gym journey 7 weeks after she gave birth to her beautiful baby boy 💙

She has made an amazing transformation so far losing 6kg!!! When Abbie came to me postpartum our focus was to get her body moving and rebuild her strength
Starting off with 3 classes a week & no crazy deficit as her body had just been under a lot of stress after birth

Our 6 week challenge came around in September and she really knuckled down on her snacking habits swapping them out for more meals with more nutritional value giving her a longer feeling of fullness

Days Abbie couldn’t get to the gym which has happened as she has a new baby that doesn’t sleep (side eye 👁️) her steps are the priority and has made it happen 🙌🏼

As her coach it’s very important to understand what Abbie’s days / nights look like as she is a new mam and not putting too much pressure on her 🫶🏼

She did this all on her own while taking care of her son how amazing does she look! Excited for the next few weeks for you 💜

At the end of every hard session I always look to hydrate my body, with NowCoco I can do that 💦 every can and flavour has no added sugars and has natural electrolytes. This has been a favourite post workout drink for me while away ☀️
