LOL this was just fun to do 🤣 but in all seriousness….my life started getting better when I stopped pouring into cups that don’t pour into mine 🫗 I know it sounds harsh but you deserve to be treated as good as you treat others! You deserve people who show up for you in the same ways you show up for them! So stop people pleasing, set those boundaries, say no when you don’t want to do something, pay attention to the way you feel after being in someone’s presence….if you feel good, keep them around. If you feel drained? Take it as a sign ✌🏼 If you’re not someone’s cup of tea, they can find another source of caffeine 🤷🏼‍♀️ there’s plenty! 😘
