A quick trip to Michigan for UWM Success Track x GoRascal ✈️🏡 and you already know I was going to sneak in my realtor, Melissa. 🧡

We learned all things mortgage at UWM, got a behind-the-scenes look at new GR tech (coming soon!) and exploring downtown Ypsilanti. This was such a fun little trip.

Shoutout to my brother for taking us around Ypsi and showing us all the cute little spots downtown and to Melissa for being the best +1. 🤍

A little business, a little exploring, a lot of laughs, and plenty of new things to bring back to our clients and partners.

This closing is special for so many reasons.

Our client is officially a second-time duplex owner: with three units rented out while occupying the fourth.🏡

It also happens to mark one year of working with Lace. One year of trust, laughs, problem-solving, hosting events and getting to be part of some really special transactions together. I’m so grateful for this partnership. Thank you for always trusting me with your clients. 🤍

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to spend the day building beds for kids in our community through Sleep in Heavenly Peace. 🛏️🌌

The weather in Cincinnati decided to make the day a little more memorable. 😂 🌪️The storms rolled through while we were building, so we took shelter in the stairwell. As soon as we got the all-clear, we went right back to building! 🛠️

I’m so grateful I got to be part of something that makes such a difference in our community. It was an experience I’ll never forget, and it’s pretty powerful to think that for some of these kids, the bed we built may be one of the most comfortable places they have.

If you’d like to continue supporting this incredible organization, there’s a charity event on September 10th from 6–8 PM at The Merchant’s Club. Tickets are $50, with 100% of ticket proceeds going directly to Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

Come hang out, support an amazing cause, and help make sure more Cincinnati kids have a bed to call their own. 🫶

Screaming from the rooftops Happy Birthday to my girl!!!

If you have worked with me, you’ve worked with Alecia and you know she is the magic behind all of my closings. 👏 This girl believed in me long before I believed in myself 🥹 From countless tear-filled phone calls, to teaching me way more about loans than anyone else could, and forcing me to believe in myself, this girl is truly my rock. ❤️ She’s the most selfless person on this planet, I’m convinced!

Alecia, you make my job so much easier, keep me sane, and somehow always find a way to make everything come together. I appreciate you more than words can say. I hope today is filled with lots of love, laughter, and ZERO conditions to clear! 😂
