When I signed up as a Workawayer in a town in Canada I’ve never heard of in my entire life, I knew it would be different from my usual life. But nothing would have prepared me for what’s to come and the adjustment shock it brought 😂 for my friends who are sick of corporate life and dream of running away to a farm, look at the video of my arm after just ONE day of carrying haystacks 😅 it’s tough work out here I can assure you!

I definitely took away a lot more than I thought from this experience and I will always carry it and the family with me even when I’m back in SG. It wasn’t always easy but it was always worth it, and I’ll forever be glad that I came here to sit in the chaos of it all.

Days went by just like that and they always looked effortlessly beautiful. Thank you for reminding me that places like these do exist (look at the stars omfg), the mountains and people have changed my perspectives for the better. ❤️ taken in McBride, British Columbia by @meganwkn

Iceland was my favourite spontaneous plan for the year 🇮🇸 when the right timing met the right company I found myself in the land of fire and ice, tho I’d say it was mostly ice because I was freezing 99% of the time.
