Dear Me,

I just want to take a moment to say something I don’t say enough…

I’m so incredibly proud of you.

You’ve done things you once thought were out of reach. You’ve said yes when fear told you to say no. You’ve leaned into discomfort, faced challenges, and continued to show up, even when it was hard, even when it was scary, even when it would’ve been easier to back up.
You’ve worked so hard, not just on the outside, but on the inside too. You’ve grown in ways no one else can fully see or measure, and that growth matters. You’ve challenged your own limits, taken chances on yourself, and allowed yourself to evolve.
You’ve tried new things, pushed through resistance, and opened doors you didn’t even know existed. You’ve pushed to dream a little bigger and live a little braver. And through it all, you’ve become a better version of yourself.

Remember to honour all of it.
All the progress, the quiet wins, the hard choices, the small steps, the big leaps.
This is just the beginning.

With love,
Me

Okay but why did nobody tell me laser hair removal was THIS easy?! 😭🤍

Steph made me feel SO comfortable, walked me through everything, and made my first experience a 10/10.

Be honest, have you tried laser hair removal or are you still scared it’s going to hurt?! 👀✨

Proof that hitting your protein doesn’t have to be boring🍫🍦

Made this chocolate peanut butter protein ice cream in my Ninja Creami using ALLMAX ISOFLEX and it was SO easy, and actually tastes like dessert 🤌🏼🤤

I’ll die on the ninja creamy hill because it is one of the easiest ways to turn your protein powder into something you actually look forward to eating, especially when chocolate and peanut butter is involved🫢

Use code MEGAN for all your ALLMAX stock ups 🤍 by @megg_long
