Today you would be three. 🤍

Three years ago, we dreamed of all the years we would get to watch you grow. Instead, we were given six precious days with you. Six days that changed us forever, six days that I would give anything to have back.

I’m having an even harder time this year. Maybe it’s because I can picture three so clearly now. I can imagine your little personality, the things you might love, the way you might laugh, and who you might be growing into. There are so many moments I wish we could have shared with you.

Your siblings, Shepard and Millie, will grow up knowing about you and knowing how much you are loved. I wish more than anything that they could have grown up beside you, but I promise to keep your name alive and tell them about the brother who came before them and left such a permanent mark on our hearts.
