I have been a holistic nutritionist for 10 years and incorporating the knowledge I learned in school into my everyday life has made my quality of life 10000000% better.

I used to get chronically ill with infections and be on antibiotics monthly.

I had autoimmune disease which is no longer a problem.

I used to be a sickly vitamin deficient vegan and now I Iive on red meat.

I could go on….🥱

Going back to cavemen principles really works-most modern illnesses are a result of the modern world and diet.
