We have a winner! 🎉 Congratulations, Nia @nee2225 !! ❤️

Last week, we launched our FREE cleaning giveaway! To enter, participants had to like, comment on, and share our post for a chance to win two technicians cleaning their home for four hours—that’s eight total hours of cleaning! 🧹✨

We had 15 people enter, and Grace and I spun the wheel to randomly select our winner: Nia! 🌹

Nia shared that as a single mom of four and a full-time student, she rarely gets time for herself. She would use the time saved for some much-deserved “me time,” and we’re so happy to give her that break! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported Rose Cleaning Co.! Keep an eye out for next month’s FREE cleaning giveaway—you could be our next winner! 🎉 by @meghanroseco

Admin was holding her cleaning company back. Then she handed it off.

Meghan Rose of Rose Cleaning Co in Rochester New York says her operations support is thorough, trustworthy and budget friendly. Since she started, the company has grown so much that she has hired a second specialist, and now a third.

Scheduling, spreadsheets, better systems and more automation, all taken off her plate so she can run the jobs.

Own a cleaning company in the US? Try a free 15-hour ops trial with Scalixi Ops. DM us TRIAL.

Want to see something crazy?! Swipe left ➡️ That’s me SIX years ago. 😱🤣

I look like a totally different person! Before I got my shit together, it was partying and fast food, baby. 😭 I wasn’t thinking about my future or taking care of myself. I was just living for whatever felt good that day.

Thank you, Snapchat memories, for reminding me how far I’ve come. 😂❤️ Looking back makes me laugh, but it also makes me proud. I know how much work went into getting from that version of me to this one.

I’ve worked hard internally AND externally for the life I have now. Changing my habits, working on my mindset, and showing up for myself—even when I didn’t feel like it. Little by little, those choices changed my body, my confidence, and my entire life.

If you’re looking at your life thinking, “How the fuck am I going to turn this around?”, start with one promise to yourself and keep it. Then keep another. Six years will pass either way. Give yourself something to look back on and be proud of.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come. And I’m literally just getting started. (I promise you, if I can do it, anyone can!!) 🌹✨ taken in Rochester, New York by @meghanroseco

Allow me to reintroduce myself 🤭. Down 15 lbs and added 18 inch extensions to my hair thanks to @hairbyariellalee and @cari_luxuryhair. I work hard so I can get my hair done LOL.

Real shit though, for a long time I didn’t take care of myself - no nails, no hair, not even a skin care routine! I never got ready in the mornings and I ate fast food at least twice a day. I always thought, why does it matter what I look like?! All that matters is what’s inside.

I’ve learned that, although that’s true to a certain extent, our exterior mirrors our interior. This includes our bodies and our surrounding spaces. It’s actually one of the reasons I started @rosecleaningco. When I was in the depths of it, I never wanted to get out of bed or get ready because my mind and my house was a mess. I’d rather hide and pretend everything was fine.

I’m happy to learn, I’m happy to grow, I’m happy to take care of myself. Life is better this way! Xoxo by @meghanroseco

Yesterday was Joe’s calling hours. Originally I felt guilty that life has to go on without him. Now I know we have to live life for him (and everyone else we’ve lost). Life is crazy and short. Text the people you love, live unapologetically, remember those you’ve lost and cherish those who are still here. Rest in peace 🙏🏼🤍. taken in Rochester, New York by @meghanroseco
