POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After a year of recording, mixing, and perfecting, I am so proud to announce that I’m releasing my second single titled “Saturn”!!

This song is an interpretation of the painting, “Saturn Devouring His Son,” by Francisco Goya. It follows a narrator who is so pained by a loved ones’ despair that the desire to “suffocate” them with love prevails out of selfishness.

Thank you again to everyone who has helped to bring this song to life. I really hope you enjoy it :)

“CORTICAL CONNIPTIONS” OUT THIS FRIDAY 10/10 !!!

Recently, my laptop broke and by repairing it, I risk losing all my music from the past decade. This has been especially hard as over the past several years, I have poured my blood, sweat, and tears into countless songs that have yet to be shared. However, I refuse to let all of that effort - all of those ideas that I am so incredibly proud of - go to waste.

Cortical Conniptions (of a careful mind) was birthed this summer as a production experiment that I ended up really loving. While it diverges from my typical sound & writing style, it is infused the joy of valuing the process over the product. Hopefully more acoustic stuff will be on the way as I continue to rebuild, but for now, enjoy this one! :)

THE GOAL WAS NEVER WINNING - Available now on my Bandcamp!!

This song has a very special place in my heart - I’ve easily spent over 100 hours on it. Originally recorded in my freshman dorm, I’ve been through so much with this song. From realizing I wanted it in 432hz to adding drums and failing, to mental breakdowns about EQing sub bass, TGWNW has taught me so much. While it’s still a little rough around the edges, I’ve realized that’s no reason not to share all of the hard work and love I’ve put into this project. I hope that shines through- happy listening 🩶

Another Blue - my next unreleased song now available on my Bandcamp!!

I originally wrote this one as a little poem then put it over some music (join my channel “ripping seams”… I may or may not post the rest of the it…). Fun fact, the beat in Cortical Conniptions is this drum beat with a beat breaker effect on it. The sample at the beginning of that song came from me saying “truth” as the final word on this one, so these tracks were originally meant to transition into one another.

Jealousy of My Greed - available now on my Bandcamp!

I was really into shoegaze when I was 15 and that’s how this song came about- it was recorded entirely in my garage and the lyrics are kinda nonsensical lol. I went ahead and mastered the song this year and posted a video I made for it on YouTube (which is still up in case you’re curious). Now I figured I’d “release” the audio version, too.

Everything I’m putting out coming up is going to be available for free, so each listen will mean a lot!

Link to “Jealousy of My Greed” is posted on my story and in my bio ;)
