My angel on earth turns 10 today. 🐾🐕‍🦺🦴❤️ my sweetest bubba, my fierce protector and guardian, how I love you so. Happy Birthday my love bug, my heart is full knowing we have made it to my 29th last month and your 10th birthday today. My big sissy, my bear cub is preparing to go spread her wings, her light and her radiant fierce fire of love she radiates in San Diego 💛 I’m so excited, so proud of her and all that she is. I moved away and now her moving away from our roots is so bittersweet. Kyle and I get to join her in SD in June 💕💕💕 if anyone sees Bill on a walk with Jack crying, it’s because his girls break his heart and move away from home❤️ I love you bear!!! I am so lucky and giddy I get to witness you change the world for the better every day by @megmedlin

December 4th is one of my favorite dates. Today marks 6 years since I got on the plane to Texas to visit a guy I had met just once, a year and a half prior. When I landed, Kyle greeted me with flowers and chocolates, and the rest is history🥹 This is just a small snippet of the last 6 years, I could write a Webster’s dictionary-sized novel of what this adventure and life with Kyle has given me❤️❤️❤️ by @megmedlin

It’s the best girl Ally/Big Al’s/ Capt Clonts birthday! Throwing it back to her 30th birthday bash in Nash last year with the best gals 💛 I love you to pieces, Al!! I count my lucky stars that Kyle volunteered me as a tribute when you asked your 11 male classmates during PIT if any of their significant others needed friends. Little did we know what friendship and memories were in store for us! I can’t wait for many more and see all the more great things you continue to do 💕 by @megmedlin

A soppy post regarding Nike. We are nearing 8 years since he appeared in my life and quite literally brought me to life again. I get emotional looking at his adorable grey hairs, seeing him slow down physically, and watching him learn how to appear to have selective hearing 🙄. We graduated from college together, moved across the country, and found our favorite human Kyle, Nike was our ring bearer on our wedding day, moved to three different states, and are about to move again in the spring...and more. I couldn't have done all the things and milestones I’ve gone through so far without him right on my side. My greatest sidekick. We are having a coffee and reading date today, one of our favorite activities 💛🐕‍🦺 (photos taken 7 years apart 🥲) by @megmedlin

June 2025! What a month it’s been. A trip to Utah to attend the most stunning wedding in Torrey (congrats Sarah and Dustin!!) 💙 spent time in Salt lake, got my red back on ✨ and coffee runs to my most favorite spots. This month included a side of an unfortunate diagnosis of T1 diabetes. I’m truly grateful for great care and support I have encountered throughout this T1D journey. This is a sign to listen to your body when your gut is telling you something is off. 💙💛 by @megmedlin

If someone had told middle school or high school Meg that someday she’d would attend a concert of her favorite band with the love of her life who loves all that she is. They tell her that she would eventually not hide from crowds, and learn to live outside her comfort zone. She would met her soul service dog that saves her life.
She wouldn’t believe it.
Healing isn’t linear but it’s possible. Pearl Jam Raleigh was absolutely incredible. 🥹 by @megmedlin
