Major insecurity, it’s my hip dips. I accept my body, I’m proud of what it can do, and I know they’re completely normal… but that doesn’t mean they’ve never been an insecurity of mine🫣

I think we can love and appreciate our bodies while still having things we feel self-conscious about. And I want us to feel like we can talk about those things without being told we need to “just love ourselves.”

The goal isn’t to look like we’re 20 forever. It’s to take care of ourselves, support our skin’s health, and feel our best in every season of life- ya hear me!

Just had a convo with a close friend about this..one day, you’ll pick them up for the last time. Hold their little hand for the last time. Carry them to bed for the last time. And you won’t even know it’s the last time🤍 literally my heart breaks 💔

So if your arms are tired, hold them a little longer. If the days feel long, remember how quickly these years are passing🤍

We don’t get to know when the last time will be but we do get to love them through it🥹
