Today I had to say goodbye to my best friend. 🤍
A loyal, loving soul who made life sweeter with every tail wag, every car ride, and every spoonful of peanut butter. She was more than just a dog — she was comfort, companionship, and unconditional love through every season of life.

My heart hurts knowing I won’t hear your paws walking around the house or see your excited face asking for a ride. But knowing you are no longer hurting brings me peace and comfort. You can finally rest, baby.

Thank you for loving me the way only you could. Thank you for being my shadow, my protector, and my best friend. A piece of my heart went with you today, and I’ll miss you forever. 🕊️🐾 by @megsthemiracle

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be the Executive Chef for His Ambitious Girls 💕 @hisambitiousgirl Being able to show my love through food is something I’ll never take for granted. Every dish I create comes from a place of passion, care, and a whole lot of heart.

These events are definitely a lot of work, but honestly… I love every second of it. Seeing everything come together, the smiles, the energy—it makes it all worth it every single time ✨

Huge shoutout to my amazing assistant @flawless_dae for helping me serve and bring such good energy to these amazing women. Couldn’t do this without you 💖

Last but not least, thank you @kayla.nicole.armstrong for believing in me and trusting me with the menu and the food. That means everything to me 🫶🏽🤞🏾❤️

36 taught me a lot.
It taught me who stays. Who listens. Who loves me without conditions.

This year was about quiet growth healing in private, setting stronger boundaries, choosing myself without guilt, and learning that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be real. I stumbled, I learned, and I kept going.

One of the biggest and best choices I made at 36 was going back to college.
It hasn’t been easy. It’s been tiring, humbling, and challenging in ways I didn’t expect but I know with everything in me that it will all be worth it. Betting on myself always is.

Today reminded me that I am LOVED by the RIGHT people, and that means more than anything.
Little Megen would be extremely proud of how far I’ve come and honestly, so am I.

Last Weekend I had the pleasure of volunteering for @legacyunlimitedfoundation 2nd Annual Christmas Gala!! This was my first year attending and it was beautiful!! I was soo happy to see all my Great Girls @iamgirlgreatness in the building, when we all come together is such a great feeling and just amazing energy!! I got to see my little bestie @artistfashionista !! Photographer @carey_clutch really captured amazing moments!! @flawless_dae put together a fantastic performance for the babies & the beautiful adult models 😍 @seafoodie.atl made a delicious dinner🥗🥘 @chefvguerraflavor made delicious desserts🧁 @breezyontheroxx of course had us on the dance floor all night!!
Last but not least the beautiful host @__queenmimi you really make an impact on the community thank you for all you do this was such a wonderful night 🤍🤍🤍
Needless to say we had a BEAUTIFUL evening!!
