2025 was hardddd, but God made a way through it all. Celebrated Triplet Christmas this year taking time aside to be so grateful for what has happened in spite of the chaos! by @megtheedoctor

There were actually 4 of us this year. We invited Markus to cook our food and take our pictures. I think we will invite him again next year☺️

We are back with another leg day routine! This focuses on strength, stability, and power throughout. Not super beginner friendly, so try things unweighted and really focus on form.

1. Deadstop Squat 8x4
- make sure the safety bar is positioned at the height of where your normal squat depth is

2. Single Leg Box Squat 10x3
- try unweighted first and really focus on minimal time on box/bench

3. Squat to Box Jump 10x3
- make sure the box is at a comfortable height before you start adding the squat and weights

4. Weight Toe Walking 60 steps totalx3, SS Banded Pogo Jumps 50x3
- for the toe walking you can do this unweighted, the weight definitely adds challenge with core stability and I like to challenge each side
- for the pogo jumps, adjust the band strength for added challenge, hold it tight to your body the whole way through and stay on those toes with a slight bend in the knees
- For both I change my toe angle on each set

5. Quad extension 10x3 each leg
- change your toe angle each set for added challenge to each of the quadriceps muscles

6. Stair Master 5-10 mins at whatever speed is comfortable for you

As always, let’s get those gainzzzzz!!! by @megtheedoctor

It’s a doosy! A full body workout that all you need is a medicine ball for!

After you warm up here are the movements:
1. Ball slam to Half Burpee
2. Kneeling Woodchops
3. Over the shoulder throws
4. Side to side toe taps
5. Front to Back Lunges
6. Sit Up to Overhead Raise

You are doing 10 of each exercise and then it’s a pyramid! So next set is 9, then 8, down to 1!

And for added challenge work your way back to 10 😮‍💨
