💀 Meet Harvey.

Harvey escaped from the tap house across the street and stumbled into our Woodhill Homes model home.

Apparently, he’s been waiting for interest rates to drop before buying a house.

As you can see, that worked out REALLY well for him. 💀😂

Now he’s sitting on our porch, holding a sign advertising 4.99% interest rates and wondering where he went wrong in life.

The irony is not lost on us.

Moral of the story: Don’t be like Harvey. You can wait for lower rates, but you might not live to see them. 💀🏡

So dang excited for this one!! I absolutely adore this buyer (and her family 🥹) and I LOVE the vision she has for this 33-acre property in Bend. There is so much potential here, and I cannot wait to see her bring it all to life! 🤎
