Long over due post about all the women that have made me feel loved amidst all the newness ❤️

I was going to list one line for each when I realised there’s a pattern here.

Each one of these women welcomed me to their homes and made me feel seen! Each one of them. Over countless delicious meals, with reassuring gaze that sees right through my brave face, I continue to enjoy witnessing their journey and I know they see mine.

We prayed for this day to happen. 🌙

When I left Pakistan to move to Germany, I carried many goodbyes with me, but one of the hardest ones was with @mehakistan

We used to talk about meeting outside Pakistan someday… and here we are. ✨

Two short, beautiful days: we walked with our chai, watched “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham”, talked till late night, ate good food together, and shared everything about life - the new, the old, the in-between. That’s what we will always do, no matter where we meet. 🥹🫶🏻

Few things to consider here:
- was experimenting with song feature and now I can’t get rid of it so yeah it is what it is!
- I am still learning how to do the lips
- If I like how make up turns out, best believe I will make a montage of me admiring it from different angles and distances
- Whimsy is why make up of such sort appeals to me and that is what I personify when I am done colouring my eyes by @mehakistan
