People see the meets, medals, and PRs.
What they don’t see are the sacrifices coaches make behind the scenes.

Today we celebrate one of our own as she begins a new chapter of motherhood. ❤️

Thank you for everything you give to this program, on and off the track.
Your impact reaches far beyond medals and times.

Congratulations Coach Meia and HAPPY MOTHER’s DAY!

One week ago at Arcadia… adversity hit. Baton on the ground in two relay races 4x1 & 4x2! Very tough and a long drive home!!

Arcadia tested us—twice.
Mt. SAC showed who we are.

✅Clean handoffs.
✅Confidence restored.
✅Back-to-back PRs.

Adversity will either expose you or grow you.

It seems it takes forever for Sunday to get here, and once it does, it seems to go by in a second.

Seize the day!
