SOMETHING NEW IS COOKING 😎
🔥 Ecstatic Dance @ H’OM’E

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Music is my passion, dance is my movement and curiosity and creativity are my liveliness.

18 years of DJing, learning 5 Rhythms and other conscious dance, starting over 13 years ago with Ecstatic Dance and becoming a yoga teacher, combining that with over 30 years of performance oriented business leadership has brought me where I am today. I am not better, but I am wiser. I am not enlightened but I have developed a deep intuition and understanding of life.

Now I am ready to go the next step. One step deeper. One step more centered, one step more connected to a journey which I create and follow at the same time.

If you‘d like to see what this journey looks like, follow me and connect. I am open to meaningful connections and relationships along this path. If you resonate, don’t be shy to say so.

We all have a journey. We all have steps and different experiences. We all share the same world.

You don’t see the dancers. But you can hear them 🫶😅💥, so much so, you can barely hear the music. 🎵 by @meiko_deen

As this year ends,
remember:
you did the best you could
with what you knew,
with what you had.

The music played.
You danced.

Now, as you move into the new year,
connect with yourself,
trust the rhythm,
and let life flow through you.

Some rhythms end.
Others are just beginning.
Be patient.

Here’s to new rhythms,
deeper connections,
and miracles unfolding.
See you on the dance floor of 2026 🌒✨

This project started 15 years ago in my head.
In the last 1.5 years it has been becoming real.
But, thinking about doing something and actually doing it are two different leagues.

LUCID DRIFT by Meiko Deen

Lucid Drift feels like a dream in motion. C#alm, immersive and quietly driving.
Born from the contrast between outer rush and inner stillness, it turns chaos into space and movement into presence.
A private journey through public noise.
