Gym lately- working on consistency with my new beam skill, flying solo on my release/connection on bars, brought back my old bar mount, and working on new choreography for my floor! 💪🏼🥰

Started a new beam skill last Monday, 🤍picked up some valuable corrections and encouragement at Kent camp this weekend, then came straight home to put them to work on my Laser Beam before getting right back in the gym this morning. Every correction is an opportunity to improve, and I’m excited to keep building one day at a time. 💛🤍 #TrustTheProcess #BeamWork #Gymnastics #2028Recruit by @meilaking.gymnastics

⚡️KENT STATE⚡️
Back at Kent State for the second time, and it was just as amazing as the first! 💙💛

A huge thank you to the incredible coaching staff & gymnasts for another great camp. I appreciate all of the corrections, encouragement, and positive feedback that challenged me to keep improving. Every opportunity to learn from this staff & the friends made at camp helps me grow, and I’m grateful for the time and energy they invest in all of us!

I took everything I learned back to the gym this morning. Thank you for another unforgettable experience! 🤸🏽‍♀️ See you in the fall! 🤗

A couple clips from last week. Working on my jumps/leaps to hit 180, working my old flight 😉, & connecting my bar releases by myself.

Team Camp this week💜 Hoping to gain some new skills. 🤞🏼

Feeling motivated this Monday! Came back from camp and worked my old flight, continued to throw some pretty double pikes, and caught my Gienger/bail by myself. 🥳

THANK YOU to the amazing Coaches at WVU for another unforgettable camp. It continues to be one of my favorite parts of every summer. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to train at Cary Gym and learn from the staff and all of the incredible talent around me.

Leaving feeling determined & inspired! Can’t wait to come back.☺️ @kmillick @travisdoak @jessicanicole_24 @jason_butts
