We arrived at 4.56 am to The Rock of Dunamaise and by 5.03 am, the Sunrise on this day Summer Solstice 2026 became one to treasure . This morning made me realise how small we really are 💖 Thank you @themerrymillporridge for bringing us together , to enjoy music, song, the spoken word and community 💖 by @meitheal_yoga

Reflecting on the last 12 Months ….. June 2025 - Graduated YTT 200 / Yoga & Meditation September 2025 - Started to teach Yoga in Portlaoise October 2025 - Certified Level 1 Breathwork Teacher January 2026 - Started teaching Yoga & Breathwork in Mountrath May 2026 - Certified to teach Yoga for Menopause & Beyond

So much learning during the past 12 months, the inspirational people I’ve met and lifelong friends made, it truly feels like a Dream 💖 I don’t think about my age much , but at 62 I can say with a full heart that it is not too late to make a change , or try something new 💖 Thank you to all my students for their support and trust , keep an eye out for a few new offerings , Broga (Yoga for Men) in Mountrath in July and something really special for Autumn 2026 . Beginners Yoga & Breathwork starting on Wednesday 13th May at 11.00 am , Railway Street Portlaoise, improving mobility through simple, gentle and effective practice. One Hour per week for 5 weeks DM for more details.
