“Family is more than blood. It’s the people who stand beside you.” 💥

Some families have beautiful portraits. Others have the kind of awkward family photos that somehow become internet legends. 😂

For this shoot at @evolveperth, we decided to recreate that wonderfully uncomfortable family photo energy with three incredible cosplayers:

🟣 @_feenicks as Rogue
⚔️ @meka_tokki as Psylocke
💙 @pomfies as Sue Storm / Invisible Woman

The result is a Marvel-inspired family portrait that looks like it belongs in the most chaotic family photo album imaginable. 😂📸

Photographed by @everybody_loves_collin at Evolve Pop Culture Expo in Perth.

Your cosplay does not have to be just a costume you wear for a convention. It can become a photograph that captures your character, personality and creativity in a way you can keep forever.

If you have a character, concept or ridiculous idea you have always wanted to bring to life, immortalize yourself with a professional cosplay photoshoot with @everybody_loves_collin. 📸

Just wanted to post some of my favs from my first ever build!!! She’s getting a rework rn 😛😛😛
The boring deets ⬇️
- Used a thrifted pair of black boots and added the folded backing
- sewed laces to the side and painted pink
- added foam pieces to toes and buttons to the back flaps
- used a blue lacefront for a base but braided together 3 wigs for length
- added tulle to avoid fly aways and sewn in to match the braid
-added shading to entire length of braids and made accessories
- glued in base for bangs
Added shading to roots and behind bangs
- made pistol from cardboard, eva scraps and modeling clay
- added blue and pink splotches to entire outfit
-pulled top apart and resized to fit
I’m now officially going bigger by working on her two very large props like fishbones and pow pow 💕 by @meka_tokki
