Many people think developed areas are the only good places to buy land.

But smart investors also look for promising locations where development is heading. Affordable land today may have strong future potential as infrastructure and demand grow.

Always research the location and verify the documents before investing.

I educate people about real estate and help them make informed property decisions.

🌱 MIND SHIFT: From Vantage to Vision

Every young man starts from somewhere. Some of us are clear on where we’re going. Some are still searching. Some are just stuck, not knowing what step to take next.

Wherever you’re standing right now — that’s your vantage point. And this Saturday, we’re building the vision together.

Growing up isn’t easy, and nobody really sits us down to explain it. This is a space where young men can talk real — about mindset, pressure, purpose, and figuring out how to navigate life the right way. No lectures, no judgment. Just honest conversation, guided by someone who’s been there and genuinely wants to see you win.

📅 Saturday
🕙 10:00 AM
⏳ 2hrs 30mins
📍 Virtual (Telegram/WhatsApp)
👤 Ages 15–22

See link in my Bio 👉https://bit.ly/4glQxB0

Don’t have a phone that morning? Borrow one — from your parent, your sibling, anyone. Just be there.

This is a moment you don’t want to miss — and don’t let your friends miss it either.

👉 Share this. Tag someone. Bring your guys along.

We’re building something bigger than one meeting. Let’s go. 🔥 by @mekrigwe

Growing up, I always wondered why the male child is left to “figure it out himself.” 🌱

No one really sits boys down to explain manhood. So they guess from pictures, from what they see at home, from society. And failure starts to feel like a life sentence.

This is my contribution to changing that.

Introducing: Mind Shift — From Vantage to Vision
A one-day gathering for young men (15–22) to talk mindset, purpose & brotherhood, and walk away with real direction.

📅 1st August 2026
🕙 10:00 AM
📍 Virtual (Telegram/WhatsApp)

Every man starts from a vantage point. Let’s build the vision together.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity for the first time to participate in Visioning Summit 2026 with @deboladejikurunmi organised by @immersecoachingcompany .
It was eight hours of clarity, inspiration, mentorship, declaration, forecasting, and launching into 2026.
From the
📌 Fiery quotes,
📌 Missile milestones, powerful prophetic declarations,
📌 The 12-Part Life Compass Assessment,
📌 Most Important Questions (MIQ),
📌 Vision imagery creation.
I am glad I launched into 2026 in this way. The vision is clear, I have written it down, and I have received grace to run with it.
It is my year of EMERGENCE.
My year of stretching and emerging with the strength and help of Jehovah.
This year is redefining me, bringing me into large places, and giving glory to God.
The Visioning Retreat 2026 is coming up next with @immersecoachingcompany, plan to be part of it, you will be glad you did.
Thank you ma @deboladejikurunmi and @immersecoachingcompany by @mekrigwe

Happy New Year 🎉

As we step into a new year, I want to sincerely thank our clients, investors, and realtors for your trust, belief, and partnership.

This year calls for a fruitful and productive mindset—one that is open to new opportunities, bold ideas, smart leverage, and stronger collaboration. Growth belongs to those willing to think differently and act intentionally.

Together, let’s build better, invest wiser, and create more value than ever before.
Here’s to making this year greater than 2025 in impact, results, and shared success.

Happy New Year, and welcome to a year of possibilities.
