Mom + daughters/ best friends photo idea 🤍 Save this one to recreate with your girls. Growing up, I always prayed for a sister… but God had a different plan. 🤍 He gave me two daughters, and I get to watch them grow up together, love each other, and become best friends. Turns out, the sisters I always prayed for came to me in a way I never expected. And somehow, I gained two best friends along the way. 🤍 #girlmom #motherdaughter #sisterlove #motherhoodmoments #raisingdaughters mother daughter bond, girl mom, raising daughters, sisters, sister bond, motherhood, daughters growing up, best friends, family memories, motherhood moments by @mel.phototips
✨ Timeless Poses You’ll Want to Try with Loved Ones! ✨ These mother-daughter poses are not only heartfelt but incredibly flattering! Let’s break them down: 📸 Pose 1: Seated cuddle with one person slightly behind. * Why it’s flattering: The staggered positioning adds depth and draws attention upward to the faces. Draping arms over the knees or resting on the shoulders softens the pose while creating a slimming effect around the torso. Bare feet or minimal footwear give it a casual, elegant vibe. 📸 Pose 2: Back-to-back sitting. * Why it’s flattering: Sitting close together with legs bent creates a natural flow and symmetry. The angled shoulders and tilts of the head make faces the focal point. This pose works wonders to elongate the legs and create a slimming effect on the body. 📸 Pose 3: The cozy embrace. * Why it’s flattering: This pose uses layering and close body contact to create warmth and connection. The seated position naturally hides the belly while emphasizing the bond between the two. Relaxed legs and soft angles make this look effortless. 💡 Why These Poses Work for Everyone: * Hide the belly: The seated and angled positions keep the midsection relaxed and out of focus. * Use of angles: Shoulder tilts, head leans, and leg placement create flattering lines that photograph beautifully. * Timeless feel: These poses highlight emotions and connection, which never go out of style! Outfit Details: Mom - Shirt and Trousers @zara Daughter - shirt @gap jeans @hm ✨ These aren’t just for moms and daughters—try them with sisters, best friends, partners or any loved ones you want to capture special memories with! 📌 Save this for your next photoshoot and share it with someone you’d love to pose with! 💕 • ⚡️Save and share for inspo . . . . #posing101 #posingtips #posingforthecamera #posingideas #modelposes #howtopose #posingtips #poselikeapro #posesforpictures #posingpractice #poseideas #posingideas #posingcoach #phototips #bestphototips how to pose, sitting pose, how to hide the stomach, photo ideas, posing practice, aesthetic outfits by @mel.phototips
📸 MORE DETAILS BELOW⬇️ 3 SITTING STAIR POSE IDEAS TO HIDE THE STOMACH 🔥 POSE 1 - Lean slightly forward and use your arm to cross in front your stomach. Leaning slightly forward while sitting can help create a more elongated and flattering posture, minimizing the focus on the stomach area. POSE 2 - Position the body at a side angle to the camera rather than facing it directly. This can help create a slimmer appearance and minimize the visibility of the stomach. Don’t forget those angles. POSE 3 - Raise your leg on one stair to cover and position your arm in front of your other side. Use your arms and hands in a way that helps divert the attention to somewhere else (in this case the hair). • ⚡️Save and share for inspo • 👉🏼follow @mel.phototips for more posing videos❤️ . . . . #posing101 #posingtips #posingforthecamera #posingideas #modelposes #howtopose #posingtips #poselikeapro #posesforpictures #posingpractice #poseideas #posingideas #posingcoach #phototips #bestphototips  how to pose, sitting pose, how to hide the stomach photo ideas, posing practice, aesthetic outfits by @mel.phototips

4 sitting poses that naturally hide your stomach ✨ Save these for your next mom + daughter photoshoot! 📸 🤍 Our outfits are linked in my LTK! POSE 1: Sit Mom higher with one knee raised, then have your daughter sit lower and slightly in front, leaning into Mom. Rest Mom’s hand softly over the raised knee—the bent leg naturally creates coverage through the midsection while keeping the pose connected and relaxed. POSE 2: Sit close together at slightly different levels. Daughter leans her head into Mom while Mom brings one arm across to create connection and natural coverage. POSE 3: Sit Mom sideways on the chair with one knee raised, then have your daughter sit on the floor slightly in front. Use Mom’s raised leg and arm to frame her, creating layers while naturally covering the midsection. POSE 4: Sit Mom sideways on the chair and have your daughter sit lower beside her. Mom leans forward, resting one arm across her daughter’s shoulders while bringing the other hand toward her face. The overlapping arms create connection while naturally covering the midsection. The key? Layers, angles + connection. 🤍 They create beautiful shape while keeping the pose natural. Feel awkward in front of the camera? 📸 Try MOVING instead of posing! These are 5 of my go-to prompts when someone says, “I don’t know what to do!” They create natural movement, give your hands something to do, and help photos feel much more effortless. ✨ Walk toward the camera
✨ Fix your sleeve ✨ Tuck your hair behind your ear
✨ Look over there
✨ Walk away + look back at the camera The trick is not to stop and hold each pose…keep moving and let the photographer capture the moments in between. Those are often the best shots. 🤍 Save this for the next time you’re in front of the camera! #PosingTips #PhotoTips #HowToPose #PhotographyTips #PosingIdeas by @mel.phototips
I just got back from a Caribbean cruise and every beach we visited was PACKED. But that doesn’t mean your photos have to look crowded! It’s all about knowing how to pose and work your angles. 📸 Here are 5 tricks I used to make a busy beach look almost empty: 1. FILL THE FRAME 📸 Get in close and let YOU fill the photo. Less background = fewer people. 2. BLOCK THE CROWD 🙌 Use your body, head or hair to strategically hide the people behind you. 3. SHOOT UP 🌴 Angle your camera toward the sky and palm trees instead of the crowded beach. 4. USE YOUR HAT 👒 Position your hat over the busiest part of the background — instant crowd blocker! 5. FIND A CLEAN ANGLE ✨ Move yourself or your camera until people are hidden behind you or other elements in the scene. Same crowded beach. Completely different photos. 😉 Save this for your next vacation and send it to your travel bff! 🏝️ ✨ Follow @mel.phototips for more easy posing + photo tips! #posingtips #phototips #beachphotos #posingideas #vacationphotos by @mel.phototips
Turns out those 10 years of kickboxing weren’t just for the workout after all. 😂🥊 I’m turning 50 in a couple of months, so it’s good to know I can still kick this high… and that all those years of training can still come in handy when I need them. 😂🙌 #kickboxing #fitnessover40 #strongwomen #over40fitness #povreels by @mel.phototips
