‘Maybe yesterday, maybe tomorrow, but not tonight’ because tonight, tonight was mine. Fastest KO in promotional history and performance of the night!

Man this sport… you sacrifice for years and work for weeks just for the chance to taste a feeling that isn’t even guaranteed - it’s either elation or devastation, and you risk and do it anyway. I’ve been quiet on here because I’ve been focused on handling business, but now I can share how grateful I am for this process - I’ve got a lot of people to thank for being a part of this special moment for me, there’s so much that goes on behind those 19 seconds.

To my team - @universalmma @dejankajic @zacsheps @palani57_ @brecheesies, my bc mma gals, and all you guys that sacrifice hours and brain cells and time with your loved ones for me, and @thealanamal for feeding me ice cubes and swaddling me in my cut hahaha thank you guys.

The behind the scenes crew @thexfitdietitian @coach_kobes @mindset_mike for making sure my nutrition, S&C, and mindset created a rock solid foundation to let the technique shine 🙏🤜

@btcfight thank you guys for having me, and thanks to @cdn_mma_logo_guy for performance of the night!! So stoked to have such a great debut on Canadian soil.

And of course @adam.bluebelch and Tyson holding down the fort and dealing with my hangry/tired ass all camp. P.s house better be clean when I get home hahaha (no one has cracked that joke yet I’m very funny okay let me have this)

Don’t let the highs take you too high and the lows take you too low 🙏 See y’all in the gym Monday!
