allow me to reintroduce myself…. as your pilates instructor 🤍

Growing up, I was always super active and loved moving my body. I knew I wanted to be in the fitness industry, but I wasn’t sure which path was right for me. About four years ago, I took my very first Pilates class and completely fell in love. Fast forward to October 2025, when I took a leap of faith and joined @contemporaryxpilates to make this dream a reality. ✨

I’m your typical ClassPass addict who has tried every studio and workout class under the sun, my heart always found its way back to pilates. Living with injuries and medical issues, pilates became the one practice that truly healed me and gave me back my strength. 💪🏼

Thank you to all the instructors and mentors that have guided me along the way, and special shoutouts to my Fall 2.0 Cert babes that were my strongest support system throughout this journey…. i love you guys with my whole heart.

With that being said, hope to see you all on the reformer @ateliervipilates. Let’s move together!! 🤸🏻 taken in Atelier VI Pilates Studio by @melaneypham
