Part four: last part! I cried AGAIN! I’ve know @qbeyah_12 longer than I’ve been married. And I am just so grateful for her and her family! I’m so glad we did this!!

Okay that’s my recap! I’m going to upload the unedited debrief on YouTube! I talked (and cried) for 40 mins straight lmao

No seriously! What an amazing experience @chimarathon 🫶🏽

Ask me questions! I hope you stay and watch what we do next! Okay byeeeee!

Tell me you’re a millennial without telling me… ✌🏽

These pics are hilarious because I was crying most of the time, but you’d never know! 😂

I think God was teaching me that sometimes it’s less about how you finish and more about being present along the way. Taking it all in, finding joy, and being grateful for the chance to experience it. Thank you, God!

My husband physically got me to the start line and encouraged me throughout. I’m so blessed to have him. I really can’t put it in words. Thank you @chimarathon for an amazing experience!!

@chimarathon recap!

If I could describe this weekend in one word it would be E M O T I O N A L!

We flew in Friday night. When I do this marathon again… IM COMING ON THURSDAY!

Saturday was an early start. We did the expo, walked around way too much, and the girls had a sleepover! (After I forgot our pajamas and @qbeyah_12 forgot her gels! And we had to ride back to our hotel twice!)

Sunday was D-Day! Yall I cried so many times! Davian had to start with me because I was a ball of nerves! I love him so much! The energy was electric. And once I started I was relieved! The back of my knee started to hurt at mile 13 and thank God my sister and her husband were my pit crew and came with reinforcements!

I prayed the entire time! I praised God the entire time because I really thought I was not going to finish because of the pain in the back of my knee! My voice messages made me cry! Thank you @chrystinecosby for telling us about @runwithrally (and for gifting me the ability to replay them 🥹)

I finished!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was the best race I’ve ever done! And I’ll DO IT AGAIN! Not injured hopefully! And my toenails are still intact for now!

Thank you everyone for the donations, for the Apple Pays, for the encouraging text, and calls! I’m so grateful! 🥹

Just ignore how I look! Lmao I’m in the comfort of my home and so are yall!

Yall saw me pack my race day non-negotiables! Now im packing for the rest of the trip!

Me and our group have shared so many reels and TikTok’s on things we should bring and might need!

On race day: these are items I will need before, during and after the race…

- @biofreeze for PAIN!
- @peptobismol_us bc after hours of running gels… your tummy might be upset!
- @advilrelief for PAIN!
- recovery slides taking my Yeezy slides
- @genucan again we talked about the other gels and their consistency so I’m bringing my own (I have a code for these too 👀)
- @skratchlabs I really liked these when I tried them from @thefeed so I got more for hydration
- @cerave for chafing
- @elfcosmetics power grip so my make up will stay put!
- @elfhaircare hair wand so my hair will look cute
- @neutrogena make up wipes so freshen up for our after pics!

I’m also bringing magnesium, my little foot ball and compression socks for recovery!

We planned some really cute stuff! I can’t wait to show yall! Stay tuned for more this weekend! See you at the @chimarathon !!
