pov: you thought your easy rider was a pro, then found out it was his first time doing the ha giang loop too 😭😂

HAHAHA just kidding! 💗 i was genuinely shocked when i asked how many times he’d done the loop and found out it was his first time. but of course, they’re trained and prepared for the route. this is just me having fun with the plot twist, not doubting their skills! still on the loop with the @lazycat.hagiangloop.vietnam team, and the adventure continues 🇻🇳⛰️

day 2 of the ha giang loop 🇻🇳⛰️

i honestly thought day 1 was already so beautiful, but somehow, day 2 got even better. the views, the mountain roads, the little lunch stop with a view, and meeting kuya darwin, the only filipino we met on the loop. 🥹

but i think one of my favorite parts of traveling is meeting people you would’ve never crossed paths with otherwise. we started the day riding through the mountains and ended it eating hot pot and singing karaoke with people who were strangers just a day ago. 😂

feeling extra grateful for experiences like these. the views are amazing, but it’s the little moments and the people you meet that make the trip even more special. 💗

day 1 of the ha giang loop, part 2 🇻🇳⛰️

from sharing drinks and stories with people we had just met, to little moments with the kids, coffee stops, and waking up to the prettiest mountain views at our homestay.

one of my favorite moments was when our easy rider Quang Quyen and my partner made a deal that if he jumped off the cliff, my partner would jump too. and they both actually did it 😂

it’s crazy how much can happen in just one day. meeting new people, stepping out of your comfort zone, and making memories you never planned for. feeling so grateful for all these little moments, and it’s only day 1. 💗
