First Hyrox in the bag! 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

Proud as anything. What an experience!
Doubles of the fun with @carmel.parker.80

Bulking (*cough cough*, not even thinking about calories or eating wayyy too many of them) for Hyrox...
Now to return to Muay Thai and cutting! 😜

✅️ ticked off the list. Swimming with Whale Sharks* 🐳
With the amazing bonus of some Manta Rays and a Melanistic Ray. And some Dolphins coming out to play.

Thank you to @whalesharkdive when even the crew was excited about what we spotted, you know you had a lucky day!

So proud to be support crew on Jaz's journey and witnessing the hard earned glow-up.
(And taking plenty of her knees along the way!)
From the very beginning of her Muay Thai journey to WBC State Title — So well deserved! 💚

Watching her belief in herself grow along the way has been just as rewarding.

Excited to recreate our photo once again soon... and next up, who knows? But we all know things are going to be big!! The journey is just beginning.

Monumental week. Got the keys to my new home build. It's been years of sacrifice, saving and momentous patience, and it's all been worth it. As they say, nothing worthwhile is easy.

Lots ahead to do and enjoy, a native garden coming at me (look at all that yard), my own dog in the future, plenty of space and enjoying my own sanctuary.

And I received my first housewarming gift; a ginormous box of 100s and 1000s. It's the simple things, I freaking love fairy bread. 🤩

Now I get to sloth on my own couch in my own home...just as soon as I've finished all my furniture. Yes. More allen keys coming 🤪

In the words of Snoop Dogg, "I want to thank me. I want to thank me for believing in me. I want to thank me for doing all this hard work". Never quit! (You can do it too!)

Thank you for all the kind words and support along the journey 🙏🏻 by @melaniejo.au

BOUT 6 WINNER: @yiyanghe (@fight_works ) claims the win over @melaniejo.au (@kaosokmuaythai ) via UNANIMOUS DECISION.on @garrison_fight_challenge 3

Full Thai Rules — 51kg | 3×2 min

A fast-paced, high-skill showdown with both fighters pushing the tempo from the opening bell. Razor-sharp technique, strong conditioning, and nonstop exchanges made this one a crowd favourite. Huge respect to both athletes for putting on a slick, high-quality contest.
