i’m gonna say something that not everybody’s gonna like, but truly..

isn’t it freeing to know that we’re allowed to live multiple eras in one lifetime?

multiple identities. multiple versions. multiple “that was once me” chapters.

so if you reflected on your entire existence right now… would you be proud of the story so far?

coz one day on your deathbed, you won’t just remember one life. you’ll look back & think: “wow, what an interesting life i’ve lived!”

a bad chapter just ended?
good.

give thanks to the people & circumstances of that particular season of your life, and the valuable lessons that have shaped you along the way.

a new chapter is always waiting ✨ & you’re the one still holding the pen.

you still get to wake up tomorrow & decide who you are becoming next.

why is it so hard for you to be grateful?

as the year is coming to an end… i know that you might be unsatisfied with how this year turns out.

i completely get it.. the comparison game on soc med is getting dangerously out of control. we humans are simply not wired to handle this much of information/stimulation.. it’s not your fault 🥺

but if you put things into perspective.. it’s not that bad, isn’t it?
