Andre Smith came to Canada as an immigrant and experienced firsthand what it meant to navigate life without financial confidence.

Instead of keeping the lessons to himself, he started teaching financial literacy in his community — and that passion became Flip & Floss, a mission to help the next generation learn, save, invest, and build a better financial future.

Today, that vision has expanded beyond Canada into New York City, Florida, and Jamaica. 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇯🇲
🏆 Canada’s Top 25 Immigrants (2024)
🏆 BMO Obsidi Entrepreneur of the Year – Technology Award (2024)

In this episode of the Melbourne Motivation Radio Show, we talk about Andre’s journey, the importance of financial literacy, and why changing the money story starts with empowering young people.

🎙️ Tune in. Get inspired. Get motivated.
Because your starting point doesn’t have to determine your destination.
