Wellness isn’t just about how we care for ourselves today. It’s also about how we prepare for tomorrow. 🤎

I’m excited to be joining an incredible group of professionals as a featured speaker at The Whole Person Reset, presented by NoDefeat Warrior, on Sunday, October 18!

I’ll be sharing insights on financial wellness, protecting our families, and the importance of planning for the unexpected. Because building wealth is important, but protecting what we’re building matters just as much.

And there’s a little something extra! 🕯️🌴 Suga Kane Candles | A Caribbean Story will also be part of the experience!

I’m especially excited to support my friend and the meaningful work she’s doing to bring wellness, education, and community together.

October feels a little different when you make candles. 🕯️

For most people, it’s the beginning of a new month.

For us, it means candle season has officially arrived.

Cooler evenings. Earlier sunsets. More gatherings around the table. More moments when lighting a candle can completely change the feeling of a room.

And for Suga Kane, this season feels especially meaningful. We’re growing, refining, and creating new ways to tell Caribbean stories through scent.

New season. Refined look. Same story.

Rooted in Belize. Made for wherever you call home. 🇧🇿

Belize, you showed up for me. 🇧🇿🤎

I came home with a dream, some candles and room sprays and left feeling even more inspired by the love and support you poured into Suga Kane Candles.

To everyone who ordered, shared my posts, told a friend, picked up a candle, purchased a room spray, or simply encouraged me,thank you. Every single order meant something to me.

Suga Kane is more than candles. It’s a Caribbean story, rooted in home, culture and the dream of building something beautiful. 🌿

Belize, thank you for being part of the story. We’re just getting started. ✨
