Inside a gold mine in Ghana! Part 1. ⁣
⁣
I ventured into the mine intending to learn about artisanal gold mining for a story on mercury pollution for The World Bank. While there, I not only gathered the information I sought but also gained a profound appreciation for the arduous labor these Black men endure for what most of us would consider meager returns.⁣

Last night, my son and I got to walk the official @adidasfootball match ball out before the Senegal vs Norway World Cup match at MetLife Stadium.

As a father and big fan of the sport, last night hit different. Core memories! One of those nights I’ll never forget!

Huge thank you to adidas for giving us a moment we’ll carry forever! by @meldcole

Inside (& outside) the 2023 NRA Convention. ⁣
⁣
Indianapolis, Indiana. April 14-15, 2023⁣
⁣
I went without a particular story in mind that I wanted to tell, but within minutes I figured it out. I would mainly focus on the many children that I saw. Their interest and interactions with the weapons stood out to me the most.
⁣
I always try to show balance within these posts so I documented the protest that took place across the street on the 15th. The protest focused on the many children that have been killed by gun violence over the last year. ⁣
