When your morning routine includes a visit to the literal spa in your home...

An incredible reimagination of the sauna that we were thrilled to bring to life — the custom wood paneling is such a nice touch.

Construction math: 200ft cliff + 100ft waterfront + 1 tram + multiple barges = one spectacular floating boat dock. Bonus points for making pile-driving look zen.

This Spanish Oaks remodel traded dark and dated for bright and beautiful. Now it’s as fresh as the produce on the counter.

Stone guest house north of Austin. Primitive and precise, just like we like it. It’s not necessarily intentional that these walls are climbable. by @melde_construction

That’s a wrap on our Q4 Recharge Rally! And it did not disappoint! 🙌

The people make all the difference. We celebrated our people, recognized our wins, and learned from the past.

We’re recharged, refocused, and headed full speed into the fourth quarter! 💪 taken in Austin, Texas by @melde_construction

We’ve found that one of the best fixes for feeling sad is doing something for someone else.
Maybe that makes serving a little selfish, but if helping someone else lifts your spirits too, we think everyone wins. Thanks to @popupbirthday for making it
Easy for us to serve our community and help in a small way to brighten the day of these sweet kids! We are beyond impressed and grateful for the care that goes into what you do. One thing that made us gasp is hearing that 30% of the kids they serve have never had a birthday party. 🥺 taken in Austin, Texas by @melde_construction

A thread of blue through every frame. Frosted glass lighting custom bookshelves from behind. A blown-glass table base in teal, glassware paintings in cool blue, colored panels set into dark steel shelving. We love when one color becomes a through line.
