One week into another orbit around the sun. I keep learning that the more I let myself be seen; in all the mess, joy and in-between; the more room I have to love, stay open to the unknown & move authentically, one step at a time.

To take it all in, feel it all, go numb or feel alive again with the people we’re lucky enough to walk alongside. That’s the shit. That, and music 😌
