let’s listen to what’s underneath the behavior ❣️ by @melheard_

A lot of people who find Aaruka® find it last.

After the therapy. After the medication. After the breathwork and the journaling and the courses
and the retreats and the years of trying to understand themselves well enough that something
would finally shift.

And they are tired. They are jaded. And they are not sure they believe anything can actually
work anymore.

Mel said something in our last conversation that I have not been able to stop thinking about.

She said it is often a last resort when they finally book. They have tried so much. And
sometimes just getting them into their body. Just getting them to feel something. Just creating
the tiniest bit of safety.

And they leave with a little glitter in their eye and a little bit of hope.

Not fixed. Not transformed. Just a glimmer. A first breath. A moment where the body remembers
what it feels like to be safe inside itself.

And then it unfolds from there.

That is where Aaruka® starts. Not with a big dramatic breakthrough. With a little glitter.

If you are tired of trying and not sure you believe anything can work for you anymore, that is
exactly the person Mel is talking about. And that is exactly who this works for.

This is the most common reason people do not book.

They think Aaruka® is about processing memories. And they think they do not have any. Or they
had a good childhood. Or nothing that bad happened. And so they assume it is not for them.

And I am like oh my god. This is where Aaruka® actually thrives.

Because what about the rage that has no story attached to it. The grief that has no name. The
anxiety that wakes you up at 3am and you genuinely do not know what it is even about. The
pattern that keeps showing up in every relationship, every job, every moment things start going
well and you have no memory to explain it.

You do not need a memory to start.

We work with the part. The part that is carrying whatever it is. And what happens almost every
time is that once we work with the part once we meet it and understand it and let it know it is
safe the memories start to come forward on their own. Or the emotion moves. Or the somatic
releases it. Or the belief dissolves without us ever needing to find the original moment.

We have every tool available to meet you exactly where you are. Whatever you bring. Whatever
you think you do or do not have.
