When I thought about what I wanted 36 to look like, I realized I just wanted what I had in 35 and that feels pretty lucky. Lots of little adventures with my people, music making, and maybe a tennis dub here and there 😉. Thanks to those that made this birthday feel special! 🫶🏼 by @melidollar

Thank you to @edgefieldmcmenamins for having us celebrate their 115th birthday yesterday! The @revel.ever trio had a blast getting back to our folk origins, and can’t wait to mix things up at the end of the month with some high energy, dancy versions of many of the same tunes! See yall on the 30th at Alberta St Pub!

Winters, Nebraska is such a beautiful, touching film— I’m so proud of @edelehoy @harrietproductions and grateful to have my song “What’s Mine Now” as a part of the movie. What an amazing feat to have a feature length film now out into the world. Last night was a great reminder of why we should all prioritize making art and making community whenever we can ❤️

“What’s Mine Now” is out on all streaming services now. It’s a song that fits the theme of a lot of my writing lately, which is processing growing up and all the learning that comes with it, while honoring the past I’ve stepped away from.

Another big thanks to @bronwenrobertsmusic for leading the recording process and helping me sound my best even though I was fighting allergies whenever I wanted to sing. And thank you so much @edelehoy @harrietproductions for including me in “Winters, Nebraska” ♥️

It’s on all the main streaming services so just look it up under Melissa Dollar ☺️ by @melidollar
