❤️Austin Stiles Memorial 5K Update ❤️

It is with heavy hearts that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Austin Stiles Memorial 5K due to low participation and sign-ups. This was not an easy decision, as keeping Austin’s memory alive and honoring his legacy means so much to our family.

Everyone who registered will receive a full refund unless you would prefer to apply your balance toward his 5 year dinner tickets on 11/28 instead. Please reach out to us and let us know your preference.

Thank you to everyone who supported us and helped spread the word. We appreciate you more than you know, and we will continue to honor Austin’s memory in every way we can. ❤️

Forever in our hearts, Austin. ❤️ by @meliesastiles

Life has a way of getting so busy. We get caught up in work, responsibilities, appointments, errands, and everything else that fills our days. We tell ourselves, “I’ll make time soon,” or “I’ll go see them when things slow down.”

But sometimes, things don’t slow down.

Losing family, and I have lost my fair share over the past 6 years has a way of reminding us that tomorrow is never promised. The phone call you keep meaning to make, the visit you keep putting off, the hug you think you’ll have another chance to give—those moments are more important than we realize.

We spend so much of our lives trying to keep up with everything, yet the truth is, none of it matters more than the people we love.

So please, make the time. Call your mom. Visit your dad. Hug your siblings. Check on your aunt, your uncle, your grandparents, your cousins, your friends. Put the phone down and be present. I need to be better at this myself.

Because one day, all we may have left are memories of the moments we wish we had made time for.

Life is short. Family is precious. And “someday” isn’t guaranteed. I know this too well.

Make the time while you still can. ❤️ by @meliesastiles

To say I am proud is an understatement, what my sister has done over the past few years is admirable. She did this all while juggling a large family, traveling, making time for kids(8+spouses), visiting grand kids(4), spending time with friends, being a supportive spouse, showing up for church activities, making family events and visits a priority, making time for girls night’s(with me) and also running a successful business.
She proved that anything is possible if you have the will, the determination and grit and my sister has all of those things. Was this easy absolutely not, but she didn’t falter and she never gave up. Stacy, I am so proud of you and I can’t wait to see what you accomplish next. You are a true example to our family and I am lucky to call you “sis” even if I am just an “outlaw”😂Love you.💓 taken in BYU-Idaho by @meliesastiles

What a week we have had. To say that I am proud of you does not even show the admiration and respect I have for you babe. You were put through the wringer this past week and you never gave up, you never got mad, you never raised your voice and you never lost sight of the end goal. After 4 long hard exhausting days of labor and an unexpected C-section you didn’t hesitate to do what was best for sweet Drew, I know this experience was not what you and Taylor expected but I am so proud of both of you and how you handled all the things. You are beautiful, you are strong and you are amazing and I am so thankful I got to stand by your side through it all. As a mother it is so hard to watch your child suffer or be in pain, but it was an experience I am so thankful I was there for, I am thankful for how you handled yourself when things got hard and difficult I am proud of how you were with all the nurses and the staff when things were chaotic and out of your control. You were a rock star. I love you Alyssa Lindsey and I am so glad, you and Drew are ok and that I get a front seat to watching you navigate motherhood. Taylor I am so proud of you, when things got tough you were strong even when it was hard, you had to go through some hard moments and I am so glad you were there by her and baby Drew’s side. I love you both. Congratulations Taylor and Alyssa. Thank you for bringing we sweet grandbaby #8. taken in Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center by @meliesastiles

Aubree has made it to Virginia Beach unfortunately today due to inclement weather and thunderstorms all her games were canceled today, so she will start playing tomorrow and continue to play for the next five days. Keep Ramon, Veronica and AUBS in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate a new area with crazy weather. This trip could not be possible without the love and support from family and friends so thank you to everyone that helped to make this happen. We love you. taken in Virginia Beach, Virginia by @meliesastiles

Happy 29th Birthday Bubba!!!!
Your birthday is one of the hardest days of the year, but everyone always shows up for us and that means the world to me. Thank you so much to everyone that shows up, and always shows up for us. We love you all. As the years go by they say it will get easier, but I am still waiting for that to happen. I miss you so much Austin Dale, and celebrating your birthdays at the cemetery was not what I pictured for our future. I wish you were here to witness all of the big things going on in our lives. I wish you were here to see Ashlee’s boys grow up and see how sweet those two are Rustyn is learning how to walk and Ryder just got his first motorcycle and he loves to feed the cows and check fences on the ranch. I wish you were here to see Allison’s two sweet girls, raigyn just rolled over for the first time and oh boy you would get a kick out of Ms. Kennedi ,she is a spitting image of your sister and has the best personality, I wish you could be here to witness Alyssa become a mom and meet baby Drew when he gets here in a few short weeks and I wish you were here to see Ramon’s kids and how they have grown up so much. You would get a kick out of Zay and his love for all things BOY, motorcycles, cars and dinosaurs and his room has pictures of you so he can always remember you, Brooklyn loves her iPad and playing with her friends but Aubree she is amazing, you would be so proud of her and how far she has come from struggling in spelling where she always had you to help her to now having straight A’s and kicking butt on the soccer field. She is headed to Virginia Beach next week for nationals. She is going to great things one day. Son you were such a kind hearted loving boy and I miss you more than anything. I miss your voice, I miss your laugh and I just miss your presence. I hope you are celebrating in heaven with all of our loved ones, but I selfishly wish you were here so I could hug you kiss you and love on you. Miss you so much son. #familyovereverything #lovelikeaustin #happy29thson taken in Lakewood Memorial Cemetery by @meliesastiles
