Happy Birthday to my beautiful dear friend & elite grappling training partner Brie🩵🎂 @briegrimes

The last 11 months have possibly been one of the craziest years we could have ever imagined let alone survived—especially going through a major trauma together. But you helped me stand back up and be strong, and I'll always appreciate and love you for that. Real friendship like this is so hard to come by.

I'm so proud of you for continuously doing what you love and I will always admire your emotional maturity. You're such a strong empathetic woman who puts herself last. I also *greatly* appreciate your sense of humor!! You're the perfect cool mom too, the boys love you so much.🩵🌱☀️🪨🐾

I'm so beyond lucky to be able to train with a smaller girl as talented as you with over a decade of experience, and you know that I will be there to support you through the long haul! No matter how anti-crunchy things get—at least we have each other at the end of the day. 🫶🤼‍♀️

Happy Birthday BrieBrie! I hope it was special & an absolutely amazing day. 🥳🎂🩵
