Bouncy Neo soul R&B Lofi vibes. I love playing around with these chords and making these loops that just feel good. Creating these is honestly my form of therapy. Technical ability can be trained and learned. We see it everywhere… what really makes a sound your own?

Is it the way you finger pick? Is it the way you mute the strings? Is it the type of pick you use? The type of guitar strings? The kind of guitar?

Those elements all add to our sound, of course, but there’s an element that goes beyond that…

It is the life we have lived and are living. What we’re going through. What we’ve been through. Our conversations and observations. The way we’ve expressed gratitude and experienced pain. How we’ve overcome that pain…

These are the things that we all relate to. Yes we all have different stories, but the experiences in what we’ve learned and observed from them are what really connect us.

When these elements COME THROUGH your playing…

Then I don’t care if you know how to play 1 chord, 3 chords, or 75,000.

We will feel it.
