A very belated birthday post because Leo season got a little too literal this year! 🔥🦁😩

I know I’ve been quiet! If I haven’t responded yet, I’m truly so sorry! To all who remembered my birthday, reached out, checked in, or sent love, it meant more than you can imagine, especially when I had little to give. Thank you for loving me through it. I love you all endlessly! 🤍

Melly is slowly returning to the wild! ✨

If there’s one place that knows how to do the Fourth… it’s Tahoe! Grateful for this summer family tradition.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and was also born with Duane syndrome, a rare neurological eye condition that affects eye movement and visual processing. In plain terms, certain eye muscles are paralyzed from birth, which forces my brain to constantly work twice as hard to recalculate how I look at the world and understand or receive information.

With the two, I’ve spent most of my life fascinated by how different people experience the same world in completely different ways. It’s probably why I became interested in organized systems, communication, human behavior, and finding better ways to navigate complexity, in all things.

Building a business, raising a family, and learning to work with my brain instead of against it has taught me a lot, but one lesson stands out above the rest.

You DON’T need to do everything perfectly. Asking for help is okay.

You need to set up clear communication, strong boundaries, people who respect your experience, and systems that support the life you’re trying to build.

If you’re anything like me, stop waiting until you have it all figured out.

Build anyway. Learn anyway. Trust yourself anyway. 🤍
