So several weeks ago I was blessed to do my very first show (Yes...after all these years) at the @wchandyfest in Florence, Al. I have played this festival many, many times but never led my own band not to mention headline the last closing night. I can truly tell you I was more nervous than I've ever been in my whole career. I brought along a special group of not just friends, but family. Thank you to @reginatroupe @tresfunk @kenneth_faison @williamgreenmusic @derekdrscott and @creativenoisez for showing up and completely showing out with only one rehearsal and very little time to prepare. Love you all! ❤️💯 Special thank to my son Blake aka @boogiecaptures for all the footage and hard work editing! ❤️💯 The entire concert will be on YouTube soon. I’m very honored to headline this Saturday for the W. C. Handy festival. I have played the festival many times with several artist but this is the first time that I’m able to be featured and also feature some very talented musicians who have never played the festival. @reginatroupe @tresfunk @williamgreenmusic @kenneth_faison @creativenoisez @derekdrscott If you are in the Muscle Shoals area please come out and enjoy and please tell family and friends.
