Where art meets stillness, and every corner tells a story.

Norval Foundation is one of those places that feels like a little escape. Beautiful works, beautiful spaces, good company, and moments worth lingering in.

A true gem tucked away in Tokai. One visit hardly feels like enough… taken in Norval Foundation by @melo.songo_

This Is Just Coffee | Episode 03: The One-Hit Wonder

Are brands building relevance, or just buying one big moment?

The conversation continues.

In Episode 03, we unpack the one-hit-wonder problem behind big-budget advertising, and why continuous content structures could be more powerful for brands.

Because one big ad can capture attention. But consistent content builds familiarity, trust and long-term connection by showing up for consumers every day.

Are brands showing up once to make noise, or showing up consistently to remain relevant?

A TCTV original series.

POV: The people behind the camera got put IN FRONT of it… and the results speak for themselves 😭😂

Our Netflix documentary on why camera people should probably stay behind the camera… because clearly, this is not where we belong

Being interviewed? Unfortunately, that’s not in the job description. 😭 by @melo.songo_

A giant has fallen, one that loved us all and fought for us. This death was unreal and completely broke us as a family.

Last week, our family had the privilege of joining the students, staff, and everyone whose life was touched by Mr. Vusi Moloyi, the principal of everyone’s dreams, as they honoured his life at Masithwalisane Secondary School.

Watching so many people show up for someone we loved so deeply reminded us that his legacy reaches far beyond our family. The stories, the tears, the laughter, and the candles placed where he parked his car each day were a beautiful reminder of the lives he changed.

To us, he was our beloved Malume, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle. To so many others, he was a principal, a mentor, and someone who believed in them when they needed it most.

As the Moloyi family, we are deeply grateful to the school and every student who made this tribute possible. Thank you for loving him, honouring him, and reminding us just how many hearts he carried with him. It meant more to us than words could ever express.

Rest peacefully, Malume Vusi. Your light will continue to shine through every life you touched. 🤍🕊️

I used to think I needed people around me to make moments feel meaningful. Being alone felt like something to avoid, not choose.

But this birthday, I stood on Table Mountain, surrounded by the kind of silence I normally run from… and I realised I needed this more than I knew.

No distractions. No noise. Just me, my thoughts, and God.

There was something sacred about it. Looking at the world from above and realising I’ve made it through another year, not because I had everything figured out, but because I’ve been carried through it all.

I’m learning that being alone is not emptiness, it’s reflection. It’s gratitude. It’s growth.

And maybe this was exactly the birthday I needed… not loud, not crowded, but honest.

Thank You God, for life, for grace, and for another year to try again, grow again, and become more of who I’m meant to be.

May was a month that stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

Most of it was consumed by school, assignments, deadlines, and exams. There were days when I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of how I would make it through. But somehow, by God’s grace, I did.

In between the stress and long study sessions, there were still beautiful moments. Celebrating birthdays, witnessing graduations, spending precious time with family and friends, and finding moments to sit in church and be reminded that there is more to life than deadlines.

Being away from social media for a few weeks was also a gift. It gave me space to be present, to focus, to reflect, and to appreciate the people and moments right in front of me.

May wasn’t easy, but it was meaningful. It reminded me that growth often happens in the quiet seasons, the busy seasons, and the challenging seasons.

A month of hard work, answered prayers, and small moments that meant everything.
