this year, eXpCon hit different. ⬇️

it was more…

intimate.
intentional.
strategic.
heartfelt.
and filled with faith. ✨

there were unexpected moments of prayer, powerful conversations, and genuine connections that reminded me why I fell in love with this community in the first place.

the truth is… I needed this more than I realized.

this past year tested my leadership in ways I never anticipated.

I was challenged.
I made mistakes.
I learned some hard lessons.

but sometimes the greatest growth comes from being forced to look inward, take accountability, and recognize where you need to evolve.

and that’s exactly what this season has taught me.

I’m not interested in building the same way I used to.

I’m on a new mission.

to lead differently.
to build with greater intention.
to move with purpose.
to create something bigger than myself.

and to let faith lead the way. 🫶🏽

one of the most meaningful moments of the entire conference was when @brentgoverealestate and @drewjohnstun took @roxanne_sold_it and me by the hands, sat us down, and prayed with us.

a moment neither of us will ever forget. ❤️

it reminded me that leadership isn’t always about being the loudest person in the room, having all the answers, or being the strongest.

sometimes it’s about having the humility to grow, the courage to begin again, and the faith to trust where you’re being led.

I love @exprealty and, more importantly, the incredible humans behind this company.

because when you strip away the production numbers, the accolades, and the business models…

what remains is PEOPLE.

and that’s what makes this so special.

this isn’t just another brokerage.

this is a MOVEMENT. 🔥

and I’m more intentional than ever about the part I want to play in it.

STILL IN IT! 👇🏼

I just found my very first pieces of content I EVER made from 2017 in my camera roll, and I literally CRINGED when I watched it! 🤣

@giselleugarte refers to this as the “CRINGE WORTHY CONTENT ERA”. 🔥

No matter how much content you make or how confident you appear to be on camera, you’ll still always cringe, a little bit, when you see yourself doing something outside of your comfort zone. 🙌🏽

…And guess what?

You have to let that be OK! 👍🏼

I continued to make the cringy content no matter how awkward I felt. And, I kept getting better! 🫶🏼

I met the most amazing and supportive woman last week at eXpCon.

Collaboration and connection doesn’t just happen.

It’s created the moment you’re standing in line waiting to order coffee and you see another woman wearing an outfit you love, and you tell her. ❤️

It happens when you introduce yourself to another woman leaving the piano bar at 1:00AM, and ask her if you can walk with her, so neither of you have to walk alone. 🙌🏽

It happens when another woman walks up to you mid-conversation to introduce themselves, and you include them in your same conversation, then take a group selfie. 🤳🏼

It happens the moment you choose to say, “here, I saved you a seat”. 🔥

That’s real connection, collaboration, and community.

That’s what makes our eXp community so beautiful.

P.S — this is a true story and every scenario I mentioned above ACTUALLY happened with the women in this photo, including a few more not captured here. ✨

some events leave you permanently changed…

not because of where you went, who you met, or what you learned…

but because of what they help you discover about yourself.

sometimes all it takes is one conversation.

one new perspective.

one room filled with people who challenge you to think bigger.

and suddenly, you begin to see things you can’t UNSEE.

the gaps in your business.

the opportunities you’ve been overlooking.

the potential you haven’t fully stepped into.

and the person you know you’re capable of becoming.

because sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t discovering what you need to do next…

it’s realizing who you need to become to get there.

to think differently.

sometimes the version of you that got you here…

isn’t the version that’s going to get you where you’re going.

and i’ve been thinking about that a lot lately.

because i’ve spent years learning how to build…

a business.

a career.

relationships.

a community.

a family.

a life.

and i’ve had wins. i’ve had losses. i’ve made mistakes. i’ve gotten things wrong.

but one thing i’ve learned is that growth isn’t just about becoming a better version of yourself.

it’s about becoming capable of holding the life you’re asking for.

and that requires change.

better systems.
better boundaries.
better habits.
better relationships.
better decisions.
better infrastructure.

so that’s what i’m focused on right now.

building the business underneath the vision.

building real wealth without sacrificing my wellness.

building relationships that are rooted in trust, contribution and growth.

building a community where the right people can find each other and build alongside one another.

and building a life that actually feels good to live inside.

because i don’t want to look successful.

i want to build something that is successful because it works.

i’m a builder by nature.

so i’m building.

more intentionally this time.

and i’m really excited about the people who are going to be building alongside me. 🤎
