art vs artist 2025 🌸

i think this is my first time doing an art vs artist 🫣 i was hesitating to post bc i lost a looot of old photos and videos (storage problems) but i wanted to jump on the trend bc, even though my social media did not grow as much this year, i still saw a bit of growth on my creations and me as an artist 🥹

in 2025, i donated 40 crochet bees for cancer patients, learned more about what yarns i like and do not like to work with, explored different types of projects aside from plushies and keychains (bouquet coasters, beanies, hats, bandanas, camera and kindle covers), supported other artists as much as i could, collaborated with four brands, got invited to attend in a craft event, worked on a few custom orders and released three free crochet patterns. i didn’t get to do all the other things i wanted to do (try doing a market and releasing more patterns), but maybe i’ll continue to plan for those this 2026 ✨

i’m grateful for everyone who supported my little cozy corner of instagram in 2025, i couldn’t have pushed through consistently posting on here if it weren’t for you all 🥹🫶🏼 more to see in 2026!

save this and get ready for the scarf season 🧣
… if you’re not in it already 😅

i got this question a lot from my other reel so i thought i’d just post the pattern! this is actually really simple, even beginners can make their own scarf and wear them with pride 😎 if i could wear this every single day without fear of being judged for not washing it every use, i would 😆

happy crocheting!
