30 years on this earth… man. 🤎

Chapter 29 was AMAZING.

My last year in my 20s brought me around some of the most radical advocates, trendsetters, pioneers, creators, and inventors changing the world. It reminded me of Proverbs 18:16 — “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”

And Proverbs 22:29 says the diligent will “stand before kings.” IYKYK. 😂

Graduating. First international trip. Scholarships. New people. Crying. Weeping. Working out. Bussing my shit. 😂 Making mistakes, getting back up, and doing it all again.

I’m blissful. Grateful. Focused.

I don’t know what this next chapter brings, but anything is possible.

P.S. The last few pics are my granddad — my dad’s dad, who I met for the first time last year. He was SO happy to see me lol. 😂 But yes, he’s absolutely one of the people changing the world. 🤎

Check On Yo People.

Then reunited with this sick ass Femcee @ashaomega.wav . 🔥

Grand risings, beloveds. ☀️🖤

This is the part of Chicago the news don’t advertise often. The Chicago that builds, loves, celebrates, creates, protects, and shows up.

And Ofc We didn’t dance for money this weekend 😂— We danced for freedom, liberty & justice for ALL✊🏾

BLACK REPRESENTATION MATTERS. Our babies deserve to see themselves represented in joy, in leadership, in creativity, and in community.

We sent these babies back to school on a HIGH note! 🎒🏾📚✨

I'm trying not to terrorize y'all timeline with HELLA CONTENT because BABYYYY… we had a time 😂🔥

BLACK REPRESENTATION IN MEDIA MATTERS. Period. 🖤

And that’s exactly what these multidisciplinary production and media companies came to do — they understood the assignment. 🎥📸🏾

Thank you for capturing these moments, these people, and this community with intention.

Honestly, building a production team is so much harder than it looks. But I believe God sent the right beings, with the right heart posture, to help revive how Indigenous Black America is represented, documented, celebrated, and remembered through media.

We deserve to see ourselves with dignity, joy, excellence, culture, and truth.

This is bigger than content.

❤️ BRONZEVILLE, WE DID THAT. ❤️

Thank you to EVERYONE who showed up, poured in, supported, performed, served, partnered, prayed, and helped make this day what it was.

🎧 Thank you to my official DJs @_djqt & @rocsmoov
🎤 Thank you to every artist who joined us for the Open Mic.
🛍️ Thank you to every vendor and community partner.
❤️ And most importantly, thank You God for bringing Your children together in peace, enjoyment, love, and UNITY.

“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity.” — Psalm 133:1

And baby… THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. 👀🔥

So much more content dropping ALL WEEK.
