One year ago, June 27th, I broke my foot in a scooter accident right before flying to a skate meet up in Praga. Had to cancel all the summer plans to recover from 7 big breaks. 🦴❤️‍🩹Exactly one year later, after a long recovery journey, I am litterally on the road to Praga to do that skate trip I could not make 😍 I am bad at documenting processes but I thought that that deserves a « Recovereel » 🥹 I am Still amazed at how much Life has its own timing to make things happen. Let’s not stop doing the crazy things sometimes. 🩵Pd. The nurse who was coming to my place to take care of my skin burns and injections said this to me : « only people who stay in the sofa all day dont get injured ». And i think that’s a wrap. 🫰🏻✨Now let’s skate 💙 by @melow.flow

Coucou, moi c’est Melo, la coach du ROLL&BRUNCH du 14 juin 😎 Pour la petite histoire, j’ai toujours eu l’envie de me “remettre” au roller un jour, comme beaucoup d’entre nous, nostalgiques de nos années d’enfance 🥹. C’est en 2021, à finalement presque 30 ans que j’ai franchi le pas et que j’ai acheté ma première paire de rollers à Barcelone. 🌊 Spoiler alert : C’était la meilleure décision de ma vie ⚡️5 ans plus tard, je suis accro ! ❤️‍🔥Aucun sport ne me fait sentir aussi libre et créative 💃🏼 C’est un peu comme rencontrer son enfant intérieur et l’emmener jouer dehors. 🥲 Trop de belles sensations pour ne pas les partager ! ✨Dès mon retour en France, j’avais envie de faire découvrir ce sport aux toulousains pour voir la ville rose envahie de riders. ⚡️ En 2024, j’ai passé la certification @icp_inline pour pouvoir enseigner et accompagner les débutants dans leur apprentissage 📈C’est de là que naît le projet Roll&Brunch, de la rencontre entre une passionnée et une structure @km_dehors qui partage le même ADN, le même amour du bien bouger, et qui me permet aujourd’hui de concrétiser un rêve. 🤍Lors de cette première session je vous propose de parcourir les bases indispensables pour commencer à rouler en toute sécurité, freiner et aborder vos premiers virages. 🤩Si vous n’avez pas de rollers, Pas de pb, envoyez-nous un message avec votre taille de pieds et nous vous équipons avec @jacknroll_shop 👊🏻Photo par @gab.wzrd et vidéo @raph_3003 🫶🏻 by @melow.flow

3 nights and we RETURN to @re.turn_berlin ! My kind of warm up is basically composed of deepdiving into 2024 and 2025 memories 😎 I cannot believe it’s been 3 years already that we are part of something so big. 🤍 Our dear Wizard Skating style is at this hot point where we are growing with the style and the style is growing with us and it’s beautiful to watch! ✨Maybe you can relate (do you?), but Looking back at the way I was skating 2 years ago, it’s just fun to see how my body keeps wanting to move in the same ways, but with the difference that today I feel I own those movements. I do feel that a lot of people are part of that progress and it’s really wild 🩷 Like i am the result of a big patchwork of the coolest skaters around ahaha. So, I want to thank The @re.turn_berlin crew, for making it possible for us to share, to learn, to have fun and to keep the passion burning, every year since 3 years now : you’re la crème de la crème and I cannot wait to see you ! 💙Special 🩷 to my @jule.mpoint I can’t wait to hug you girl #rollerblading #wizardskating by @melow.flow
